Two persons (not required to be related) have an Interdependency relationship if the meet all of the following requirements:
• they have a close personal relationship
• they live together
• one or each person provides the other with financial support
• one or each person provides the other with domestic support and personal care
An Interdependency relationship also includes 2 persons (whether or not related by family):
• who have a close personal relationship, and
• who do not meet the other three criteria mentioned in the above paragraph due to either or both persons having a physical, intellectual or psychiatric disability
