The first step is making contact with us. Shortly after receiving your expression of interest we will contact you over the phone, giving you an overview of our process, answering any questions that you may have and schedule our first meeting.
Prior to your first meeting, we’ll send you out an online questionnaire. The purpose of the questionnaire is to help Elliot begin to get to know you and understand your individual circumstances. It will help Elliot to know which areas to explore further in the face-to-face meeting so that he can build a thorough understanding of your circumstances and aspirations.
Your complimentary first face to face meeting will go for approximately one hour at our office in Newcastle. At this meeting Elliot will discuss with you your goals and aspirations. He will then using the information provided in the client questionnaire and in the meeting start to exploring the strategy options available to you.
At the end of the meeting Elliot will discuss with you our costs in preparing and implementing your advice. We will not proceed with the advice process until we have your agreement to do so. Once you have made the decision to proceed, we will require an engagement fee to be paid.
Once the scope of advice has been agreed to we will commence our research and investigate all of the strategy options available to provide you with the best outcome and the highest probability in achieving your goals.
Once we have completed the appropriate research and confirmed the recommendations we will formulate your financial plan also known as a Statement of Advice (SOA). When ready for presentation our office will contact you to arrange our next meeting.
The advice will be emailed to you in advanced to give you the opportunity to read through it. When you come in for your meeting Elliot will present the advice to you and explain, the unique plan and how it answers your specific goals. You will have the opportunity to ask as many questions as required so it makes sense to you.
After the advice has been presented we will then implement the plan. Our team will work with you to implement the advice in a timely fashion and do as much of it as we can to make it easier for you.
Once your advice has been implemented we will meet again for a short meeting to discuss the advice, what we did, why we did, provide you with an induction report and answer any questions that you have.
Once your financial plan is in place it is important that it is maintained and regularly reviewed to ensure it remains current and relevant. Further we will ensure that we stay aware of and respond to changes legislation and tax changes.
Elliot will meet with you at least annually and maintain regular contact throughout the year. Elliot is focused on delivering best practice and up-to-date financial advice, and he will work with you to achieve your financial aspirations.
At the end of the process we know that you will be very happy with the advice that you have received and when you realise how valuable life changing financial advice can be you will want to help your friends and family.
